What is your cancellation policy?
During high-season we will have a stricter cancellation policy than low-season period. The cancellation details will be displayed during the booking process.
Can I modify or cancel the booking that was made through the travel agency (Online or Offline)?

What are the documents required during Check-in?
For Indian Nationals, any of the Government Approved Photo ID Proof with address like Aadhar Card, Driving Licence, Passport, Voter ID. For Foreign Nationals- Passport and Valid Visa.

What is the policy for extra person & extra child?
We allow up to maximum 2 extra person in our rooms. Child who is less than 10 years old is allowed to stay in your room without additional fees. Charges are levied for extra beds.
Is breakfast included in your base tariff?
Breakfast is not included in our base tariff. They are charged extra.
What are the dining options at your property?
We do provide vegetarian breakfast, lunch & dinner. We have a fixed menu system for each meal. Guests need to inform the management if they plan to have any meal at the property. Is is charged on per person basis.
What are the charges for Meals at your property?
Breakfasts are 150/- per person, Lunch/Dinner are Rs. 550/- per person per meal.
Are there any restrictions regarding food & beverages?
Yes, Non vegetarian food, outside food & alchohol is strictly prohibited in our propery.
Do you provide room service?
We do provide room service for Snacks & beverages only. All meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are served at dining area only.
Is there Wi-Fi at your property?
Currently, we do not provide wifi access in either rooms or at the property. Sorry for inconvenience.
How safe is your place?
Our property is at a secure location with minial outside interferance. Our property has a 12 feet boundary wall covering all its sides. However Guests are responsible for their belongings.
Do you have car parking within the compounded area?
Yes there is sufficient parking for 20 cars at the property.
Do you have power backup?
Yes, we have a on-site generator to provide power backup 24x7 (Except for Geysers)
